Fall Winter 2020 - Dewdroppers
Contributed to the research and development for Carlota Barrera's Fall Winter 2020 collection Dewdroppers. collaborating with the production team to source materials, explore techniques, and silhouettes. The collection drew inspiration from the hedonism, extravagance, and seduction of the 1920s, balancing aristocratic elegance with bohemian flair and translating the decade’s fluidity and effortless style into the contemporary male silhouette.

Oversaw the full production process, from the early design stages through to delivery to e-commerce platforms and retail partners, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with the brand’s vision.

Led the development of garments for Home's a feeling collection, Spring Summer 2021. Collaborating closely with the designer to research fabrics, trims, materials, and visual references that reflected the complex forms and movement of the male body through Carlota Barrera’s vision.

Following the collection launch, managed the production strategy, overseeing suppliers and factories to ensure garments met quality standards, adhered to target margins, and were delivered on schedule.

Spring Summer 2022 - Tie Game
Contributed to the Spring/Summer 2022 Tie Game collection in collaboration with New Balance Football, conducting research on visual references that combine football and fashion, and leading the sourcing of materials and factories to ensure the collection was ready for its digital presentation at London Fashion Week.

Following the launch of the collection, managed the end-to-end production process, from development reviews through to delivery to e-commerce platforms and retail partners, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and alignment with the brand’s vision.

Contributed to the Fall/Winter 2022 collection, inspired by Après-ski, a concept popularized in the Alps during the ski advertising boom of the 1950s. The collection was a showcased digitally at London Fashion Week. Spring Summer 2023 - Asere, qué bolá
Inspired by the designer’s travels to Cuba, this collection explores Cuban cultural references through the brand founder’s personal lens. Led the development of the collection, including print design and the sourcing of fabrics, mills, and suppliers, ensuring all garments were completed in time for the presentation at London Fashion Week.

Following the show, managed the post-show production process, coordinating retailer orders and working closely with factories to ensure the brand’s objectives were met in terms of quality, timelines, and commercial targets.

FRED PERRY X CRAIG GREEN COLLECTION
Spring Summer 2026
Led the development of the first exclusive collaboration between Fred Perry and Craig Green for the Spring/Summer 2026 collection. Worked closely with the designer to source fabrics, trims, colors, and silhouettes that captured his creative vision while staying true to Fred Perry’s brand identity.

Acted as the main point of contact between the designer and the wider team, ensuring smooth communication and that every stage of the project was delivered on schedule and within the brand’s target margins.

FRED PERRY X PALACE COLLECTION
September 2025
Managed the garment development for the first collaboration between Palace and Fred Perry, launched in September 2025. Inspired by Palace’s streetwear-driven and nostalgic vision, the collection brings together the distinct worlds of both brands.

Worked closely with the Palace design team to source and select materials, suppliers, and factories, and overseeing the production process from start to finish. I managed the competitors analysis and pricing strategy, ensuring product consistency across both brands.

FRED PERRY X CRAIG GREEN CAPSULE COLLECTION
March 2025
Led the development and production strategy of the Craig Green x Fred Perry capsule collection launched in March 2025. Managed the research and development of fabrics, techniques and overall look of the polo shirts, as well as the technical aspect.

In addition to garment development, I was responsible for analyzing both brands and other competitors, in order to create an effective pricing and production strategy for both brands.

FRED PERRY X CORBIN SHAW CAPSULE COLLECTION
April 2024
Best known for his exploration of identity through the medium of textile, East London based, Sheffield born artist Corbin Shaw uses his upbringing in the South Yorkshire ex-mining town to investigate masculinity and all its complexities and nuances.

In this capsule collaboration with Fred Perry, Shaw pays homage to the people and places that have shaped his northern identity.

Led the development and production strategy of the collaboration launched in April 2024. Managed the research and development of fabrics, techniques and overall look of the polo shirts, as well as the technical aspect.

Acted as the main point of contact between the artist and the team, ensuring every stage of the project was delivered on schedule and within the brand’s and the collaborator's vision.

The collaboration between Margaret Howell and Fred Perry celebrates the brand's distintic aesthetics, taking inspiration from the first tennis designs and creating a monochrome collection that is familiar, yet distinctly fresh.

Collaborated in the end to end production process of the collection, from early design stages to delivery in the e-commerce platform and various retailers.

Cold Culture is a streetwear brand based founded in 2021 in Madrid.

Lead the buying strategy and its execution, ensuring budgets are closely monitored and commercial targets are consistently achieved. This includes defining seasonal purchasing plans, managing cost structures, and balancing creative ambition with strong financial performance.

Work in close collaboration with the design team throughout the research and development phase, contributing market insight and product direction to support the creation of relevant, commercially successful garments.

Work hand in hand with the product team to analyze sales performance and collection results, translating data and customer behavior into clear range planning and actionable briefs for designers. This ongoing feedback helps shape future collections, optimize product assortments, and strengthen the overall brand offering.

Vranded Haus is a creative consulting studio specialized in building and developing brands through design and strategy. The team works with clients in the hospitality and food & beverage sectors to create bespoke uniforms, garments, and accessories, managing the process from initial concept to final delivery.


My role focuses on overseeing project budgets, scope, and timelines, while also leading communication between clients and the internal team to ensure seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.
